Bristol-baased house producer Dan Pearce, aka Eats Everything, has shared the video for his track “Dancing (Again!)”, featuring Tiga and Matthew Dear under his Audion moniker. Directed by Wayne Lennox.
‘Bugatti’ is classic Tiga, combining on point production and the wit and personality that have earned him a reputation as one of electronic music’s most colourful characters. Co-written with Jori Hulkonnen (aka Zyntherius of ‘Sunglasses at Night’ fame) at Montreal’s famous Lost Star Studios.
Breakbeat pioneer Zed Bias brings his own take on ‘Bugatti’ to the table with a dub heavy offering featuring the inimitable Pusha T on vocal duties. As one would expect from a Zed Bias remix it’s a bass heavy, effects laden affair whilst at the same time not losing the anthemic, minimal sound of the original. The EP also features two remixes by Eats Everything and from Amine Edge & Dance.
‘Bugatti’, preceded by two previous Tiga vs Audion singles ‘Let’s Go Dancing’ and ‘Fever’, caps a fantastic year for Tiga. He returned to remix work with mixes for Tieks and Iggy Azalea & Rita Ora, and his summer shows included three sets at Glastonbury, as well as further festival performances at Melt, Exit, Tramlines, SW4, Hard, Osheaga and beyond, plus club shows across the globe.
Here’s the official video for Canadian producer Tiga‘s highly popular dance track “Bugatti.” Through a hypnotizing montage of scenes – from an awkward game of Twister to an exploding can of shaving cream – Tiga, in collaboration with Helmi and Division Paris, has created a video that’s reminiscent of a Wes Anderson movie on acid. “Bugatti” will be available on December 7th 2014 on iTunes: http://po.st/BUGATTI.
Here’s a new remix by Tiga of the new single by rising UK dance producer TIEKS. The remix is of the new single by TIEKS ‘Sing That Song’ which features electronic soul vocalist Celeste and is released October 19th 2014 on Atlantic. Seven and a half minutes of pulsating club groove interspersed with the chant like vocals of the original. Pre-order the original here: smarturl.it/SingThatSong.
TIEKS, aka Mark Tieku, has been bubbling up in the past few months on with remixes for Rudimental and Jess Glynn as well as appearing on the Monki And Friends EP and a show on Rinse FM. He’s co-written previously with Florence & The Machine among others and recently supported Lauryn Hill on her London date.
