Greek producer and DJ Roni Iron gives his debut for Young Society Records with a unique electronica track, Candada, a beautiful reimaging of an old traditional Greek song. The release features two stunning dancefloor remixes by Vynal K & No Rabbitz and Theo Komp and will drop on May 20.
Roni Iron was born in Athens in 1981 and he lives in Nafplion, a small town by the sea, that has inspired him to create most of his music. He is included in the list with Greece’ s best dance music DJs, as he is known to the Greek techno music community for his ability to connect with the audience and to create the proper atmosphere and for his love and passion for music.
Older hits include “Eyes of the Sea” (2011) “Dream of you remix” (2012), “Amame” (2013) and “Da grecia” (2013) which were massive hits in radio stations across Greece. He has worked and performed together with Stefan Biniac (MOKUM NIGHT CLUB – ARGOS CITY ) which has also remixed several of his tracks. Theo Komp‘s "IF" is a tribute to one of the greatest Greek voices of the 60’s. It is a groovy track with summer vibes that makes you follow the rhythm. The original track "An S’arnitho agapi mou" sang by Tzeni Vanou was released in 1965 and till now is a very popular track.
