Laura Welsh will release her new single ‘Undiscovered’ on October 28 through Outsiders/Polydor. Her second single on the label, it’s the follow-up to the spellbinding slick-pop of ‘Cold Front’, which came out in July. ‘Undiscovered’ is a gliding pop song underpinned with plaintive piano, atmospheric soundscapes and a propulsive-yet-gentle beat. At the centre of it lies Welsh’s mesmeric vocal. The song was written with collaborator Dev Hynes – whom Welsh collaborated with on her Luv Luv Luv released single ‘Unravel’. It will feature on Welsh’s forthcoming debut album, which will be released early next year.
