New album, new tour and three new singles. Well, they say good things come in threes. Therefore ARCHIVE are delighted to announce the release of their new album ‘Restriction’, a massive European tour and three new singles simultaneously released today with accompanying videos.
New album ‘Restriction’ features 12 tracks produced by the band’s long time collaborator Jerome Devoise. The album is due for release on January 12th 2015 on Archive’s very own Dangervisit label via [PIAS].
The first tasters from ‘Restriction’ are the three singles ‘Black And Blue’, ‘Kid Corner’ and ‘Feel It’. Why release three singles simultaneously? As Darius says…
“Our aim was to make an album where each track was as strong as the one before it, and having done that we didn’t want to put the focus on to just one “single”. Ideally we’d release every track off the album individually, putting out three singles at once will give people a better picture of the full scope of the album. Also it’s a very un-Archive thing to do, which is obviously half the appeal!”
The videos for all three singles can now be seen on Archive’s website: www.archiveofficial.com and also below. You can download the singles now or pre-order the album and receive all three singles immediately from iTunes here.
