This is the first track from MJ Cole’s new EP Foundations, out this Friday, October 26.

Speaking on the track, the garage legend says – “With a nod back to the days of sifting through vinyl with the Akai sampler, ‘If Only’ is a colourful, mountainous expedition through filtered textures and synth-defined peaks.”
