Video: Phantogram – You Don’t Get Me High Anymore

Phantogram has an official video for their chart-climbing single “You Don’t Get Me High Anymore”, available today on YouTube / VEVO. Josh & Sarah went to the Salton Sea in California with director Grant Singer to create the stunning & slightly disturbing visual. Their third studio album Three is out October 14th on Republic. Check for tour dates & more news to come.

On the song & video, Phantogram shares:

You Don’t Get Me High Anymore is about the loneliness in superficial relationships and that feeling of not being able to find happiness in places that were once so easy to come across. The desolation in Bombay Beach represents that feeling really well. The area was once a promising vacation spot before the droughts and now it’s a ghost town. We were excited that Grant [Singer] picked that spot, he understood the aesthetic of the song right off the bat and ran with it.” – via FADER
